This isn’t about discipline or being “good enough” — it’s about design.
Every summer since my kids were little, we’ve been in full-on “mom camp”.
That means I’m with them nearly every day — swimming, travelling, exploring, museum and park hopping — while my business continues to operate and grow in the background.
My work rhythm?
About an hour in the morning while they play outside if we’re having a lazy start to the day, or an hour in the afternoon while they’re having quiet play if we’ve been up and out early.
That’s it.
Two hours max, a few days a week.
And yet — the business doesn’t stall.
My students feel deeply supported.
The coaching happening in my containers right now is next level.
Case in point:

Revenue doesn’t drop.
Nor do I feel like I’m “falling behind” or will have to “pay” once I’m back on my normal 3-day workweek schedule when they’re in school.
Why? Because the truth is, earning more while working less has nothing to do with being “good enough.”
It’s not about being more disciplined.
It’s not about having more willpower.
And it has nothing to do with how good you are at your areas of expertise.
It’s about design.
There are people who are less skilled than you, working less and earning more and it’s simply because they’ve figured out a smarter way to leverage their time, energy, and systems.
And that’s something you get to learn.
That’s the work I’ve been teaching inside my program for years: how to stop looking at what everyone else is doing and doing more; and instead build a business designed to give you both freedom and income.
It’s the reason I can run my business on two hours max a day in the summer.
It’s the reason I can hold three-day work weeks year-round.
It’s the reason I was able to heal my nervous system instead of living in a cycle of overwork and recovery.
And it’s the reason my clients create stability and freedom (often for the first time) without recreating the patterns that burned them out in the first place.
In the coming weeks, I’ll be opening a way to work with me that’s built entirely around this shift: how to design your business in a way that supports growth and more time and spaciousness .
But — I won’t be announcing it publicly. The only people who will hear about it are the ones who raise their hand now.
👉 Yes, send me the details when it’s ready
If you’re tired of adding more, working harder, or trying to “fix yourself” in order to earn more — this is your invitation to a different way.
Because the truth is, working less and making more isn’t just possible. It’s the whole point of building a life-first business.
