Why I Built a More Accessible Business Education Model (And What It Means for You)

If you’ve been around my work for a little while, you might know this already, but I want to share it again—because I think context matters.

I built my business to seven figures a year primarily through high-touch coaching. For years, that meant that the majority of my income was generated from working with a small number of clients deeply, and intimately.

And while I’m proud of everything I did  in that season—it also showed me the very real limitations of the “premium-only” model. I was having meaningful conversations, coaching in ways that moved people fundamentally, and teaching frameworks that changed lives… and yet, only a small pool of clients had access to them.

It became clear to me: we need more options.

Not instead of the deeper containers, but alongside them.

Because I know how hard it’s become to access high-quality coaching and business education without spending thousands.

That’s part of what led me here.

To reimagining how I can make my work accessible.

It started with a two year project, building what is now Life-First Business – the most comprehensive and robust lifetime access space with 10 weeks of live coaching and a curriculum that grows with you for under $2k.

… and now the shop.

I created the Shop to be a one-stop space for powerful tools and trainings that are both high-impact and within reach.

Because I want this brand to be known for offerings that allow you to say yes to yourself—and then over deliver on that yes.

Take one client, for example. She joined Profitable Pricing Method—a $27 offer—and in one week, she restructured her entire business model, signed new clients at new rates, filled her coaching roster, and finally created the space to begin building her first scalable product. That one investment didn’t just generate quick results—it gave her exactly what she needed, at a price that met her where she was. Taking action on everything she learned there is what allowed her to immediately jump into Life-First Business and she’s gone on to massively grow her income (while slowing down and reclaiming more time back) in the process.

This isn’t about slapping low prices on dusty content—it’s about making sure transformative, high-quality support is available and within reach.

I can’t tell you how many new students have messaged me after joining Uncut saying they were shocked—in the best way—by how much I share inside. And I get it. We’re in a time where people are investing with bated breath, half-expecting to be disappointed. But this? This is exactly what I’m here to change.

Another example? One student joined our recent $37 bootcamp, and also jumped into my private podcast, Uncut. In just two months, she completely rewrote her sales page, signed multiple high ticket clients, finally got into a cadence with her newsletter with the conversion copywriting she learned, and softened her grip of perfectionism to actually take action on what she knows to do. She’s moved from overthinking to implementation. From doubt to momentum. And all of it started inside a $37 container.

That’s the kind of energy we’re building this on.

Because the people who grow fastest? They’re the ones who stay plugged into support. Who don’t waste months trying to figure everything out in isolation when someone else has already built the roadmap. But that support only works if you can afford to stay plugged in.

Because here’s what I’ve seen too many times:

People have to opt out of coaching and support, not because it isn’t working—but because the cost of staying plugged in becomes unsustainable.

Even when the value is there, the pressure of high overhead creeps in—and suddenly, what started as support becomes a source of stress.

And when that happens, it’s easy to wobble.

It’s easy to slip back into short-term decisions that don’t support long-term growth.

I don’t want that for you.

And listen—I’ve lived this in my own way too.

There was a point in my business when I was regularly spending $20–25K a month on coaching, courses, team, and systems. And that was before I even paid myself.

Yes, I was generating a lot of revenue. But carrying that kind of monthly overhead felt like the opposite of the kind of freedom I wanted.

Today, I run a lean, high-profit business as a company of one—with two part-time contractors.

I work 15 hours a week.

I have a 70% profit margin.

I take July, August and most of December off.

I’m doing work I love, have the capacity to be present and hands on with my family, while building my net worth and building generational wealth from the company’s profits. 

And I want that for you, too.

In my dream world, all of you would be inside Life-First Business. I’ve packed the most value I possibly could into a step-by-step program that’s under $2,000—and I truly believe it’s best in class. But I also know there are a myriad of reasons why that might not be accessible for you right now. 

But I also know that for some of you, that’s not accessible right now.

And I don’t want that to mean you’re left spinning your wheels.

So I built the Shop to be a bridge.

A space where you can access the very frameworks that used to be tucked inside high-touch containers… now available to you à la carte, on your own schedule, at your own pace.

This is the future of this business—and it’s only the beginning.

Because accessible support isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s essential. Especially now. Especially in this economy. Especially as we’re all navigating changes in buyer behavior and massive industry shifts right now.

This is not the moment to go without support.

And if I’m being fully transparent: this shift supports me, too.

It allows me to take the frameworks and tools I’ve been using behind the scenes with clients for years and finally bring them out into the world in a bigger way.

It means I get to serve more of you—and still honor the work-life rhythm that’s so important to me.

It lets me pour my love and intention into what I create, and trust that it will meet the people it’s meant for—without me needing to be in the room every time.

And I share that to reiterate the point that when we build our businesses in alignment with our values, everyone wins.

And this is only the beginning.
